The ShopCrea website had a low performance score on Google PageSpeed Insights, leading to slow loading times. This negatively impacted the user experience, increased bounce rates, and hindered their visibility in search engine results.

The primary objective was to improve the website’s speed and overall performance without compromising its design and functionality. I analyzed the website using performance tools, identified bottlenecks, and developed a strategic optimization plan tailored to ShopCrea’s needs.

03 Solution

Solution: Through careful and precise optimization, I enhanced the website's speed and performance by:
Minimizing CSS, JavaScript, and HTML files to reduce loading times.
Optimizing images by compressing them while maintaining visual quality.
Leveraging browser caching to improve repeat visitor load times.
Enabling Gzip compression to reduce file sizes.
Eliminating render-blocking resources for faster page rendering. Improving server response times to meet best practices.

Result:

The optimizations led to a significant improvement in Google PageSpeed Insights scores: Mobile Performance Score: Increased from 45 to 94. Desktop Performance Score: Increased from 72 to 95. These improvements resulted in a faster, smoother user experience, reduced bounce rates, and enhanced SEO rankings, ultimately supporting ShopCrea’s mission to provide innovative interior design solutions.
